Roast Cumin and Coriander Chicken with Veggies
Cumin and coriander chicken is one of my favourite Sunday lunch things to make. In this video (made by my dear friend Raphaela Linders who kindly helped me out of a pickle), we add veggies to the recipe to make it a meal-in-one.
